MidEuropa Announces 2015 Promotions
MidEuropa, the leading private equity firm focused on buyouts in Central and Eastern Europe and Turkey, announced today its 2015 promotions. Pawel Padusinski has been promoted to Partner, Manish Mittal to Partner & Chief Operating Officer, Robert Chmelar to Director, Gyozo Lantos to Associate and Helena Lehtmets to Operations Executive.

Pawel Padusinski joined MidEuropa in 2005 and is based in Warsaw. Pawel has worked on a number of deals including, Lux Med (sold to BUPA in April 2013), Diagnostyka and Alpha Medical. He most recently worked on the add-on acquisition of Euromedic to Alpha Medical. Pawel graduated with a Masters in Finance, Banking & Strategic Management from Warsaw School of Economics.
Manish Mittal joined MidEuropa in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer and is based in London. Manish is responsible for MidEuropa’s financial and operational functions and was part of the fundraising team of MidEuropa Fund IV, which held its final closing in July 2014. Manish is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor. He holds a Masters in Finance from the University of Leicester and a BSc in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of Sheffield.
Robert Chmelar joined MidEuropa in 2007 and is based in Budapest. Robert has worked on a number of deals including E21 and Walmark, and most recently on the successful sale of T-Mobile Czech Republic to Deutsche Telekom. Robert graduated with a Masters in Finance from HEC in Paris and a BSc in International Trade from the University of Economics in Prague.
Gyozo Lantos joined MidEuropa in 2012 and is based in Budapest. Gyozo has been involved in evaluating a number of deal opportunities and is also a deal team member of Invitel. Gyozo holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
Helena Lehtmets joined MidEuropa in 2012 and is based in London. Helena has been part of the support team for the last 2 years and during this time her responsibilities evolved to working within Operations and Investor Relations. Helena holds a BA in International Business Management from Estonian Business School.
