We focus on transactions that meet the following criteria:

• Leading companies in sectors with high barriers to entry: typically mature, cash flow generative companies that benefit from sector or geographic trends of economic growth, or present attractive opportunities for increased margins
• Large investments in the €50 million to €200 million range: companies with enterprise values between €100 million and €1,500 million
• Controlling stakes: we seek to make control investments either alone or in partnership with other financial or strategic partners
• Minority stakes: where we have a significant stake, clear and strong super-majority rights, with agreed exit path
