Mid Europa Partners advises and manages three funds with capital commitments totalling approximately €3.2 billion, including co-investments.

These commitments comprise three funds:

• AIG Emerging Europe Infrastructure Fund LP ("Fund I"),
• Emerging Europe Convergence Fund II LP ("Fund II"), and
• Mid Europa Fund III LP ("Fund III")

Fund I is advised by Mid Europa Partners on behalf of EMP Global and has US$550 million in commitments. It was launched in 1999, was fully invested by July 2005 and was fully exited in January 2010.

Fund II was launched in 2005. In December 2005, the final closing took place bringing capital commitments to €655 million. Fund II is now fully committed.

Fund III was launched in 2007. In October 2007, the final closing took place, bringing capital commitments to €1.5 billion. Fund III is over 50% committed.

Through Fund I, Fund II and Fund III Mid Europa Partners has made twenty-seven investments in companies located in fifteen countries.
