Mid Europa Partners intend to recruit a number of Associates in 2010 for the London, Budapest and Warsaw offices

Experience Criteria is as follows:

Minimum 1 to 2 years M&A experience in a top tier investment bank at analyst level (we will also consider associates from other PE houses, leading consultancies and the big 4 accountancy houses)
Regional background and/or experience is preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proven analytical and modeling skills are essential

Expectations of an Associate:

Financial analysis and modelling, valuation, company assessment (SWOT, key risks etc.), industry analysis, preparation of internal presentations and monitoring reports, interaction with advisers, basic transaction management (NDAs, interaction with intermediaries and advisers, exposure to management teams of portfolio companies and targets).
