Nigel is the Financial Controller of Mid Europa Partners and has responsibility for strategic financial planning, reporting and risk management for Mid Europa’s funds and offices. Nigel joined the team in early 2011 and brings over seven years of experience in private equity across Europe.

Prior to joining Mid Europa, Nigel was Director of Finance for the private equity backed renewable energy group, Continental Wind Partners. He has also worked for LMS Capital plc during its demerger and stock market listing, and Arthur Andersen for seven years.

Nigel is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants for South Africa, Zimbabwe and England and Wales. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science (prize winner) degree and Honours degree with C.T.A from the University of South Africa and an M.B.A from University of Edinburgh Business School. Nigel is based in our London office.
