Invitel Holdings A/S Announces Closing of the Acquisition by Türk Telekom of its International Wholesale Business

Invitel Holdings A/S announced today the closing of the acquisition by Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. of Invitel’s International Wholesale Business, comprising the entire issued share capital of Invitel International AG (including its subsidiaries), Invitel International Hungary Kft and S.C. EuroWeb Romania S.A., for an enterprise value of EUR 221 million.
